Digital Marketing Manager

Flaviar continues to grow rapidly and we’re once again expanding our marketing & advertising efforts. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (SEM) to join the team in Ljubljana and help us scale user acquisition to the next level.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• A proven track record in running successful paid search, display, and YouTube campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency
• Good understanding of performance marketing KPIs and conversion funnel dynamics
• Good understanding of attribution models
• Good understanding of A/B testing concepts
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Comfortable with aggressive performance targets
• High level quantitative and analytical skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Proactive attitude, creative problem solving, and ability to work autonomously
• High-level English

Responsibilities

• User acquisition via paid search, display, and YouTube campaigns
• Ownership of strategy, account & campaigns set-up
• Creating new acquisition campaigns, testing creatives, and landing pages
• Daily maintenance and optimization to meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Thorough data analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Working closely with the product team to constantly optimize business important metrics
• Detailed weekly and monthly reporting
• Working closely with Google team
• Freedom to introduce and execute own ideas
• Working directly with other departments (design, development, product)
