UI/UX oblikovalec

The Role

As a UI/UX designer, you will work on products that help companies improve their performance. You will join our Product team with members that have extensive experience in UI/UX design, frontend/mobile/backend development, product growth, and analytics. We build our product and features from scratch using the latest technologies and the Shape-up methodology.

The Work

• Plan, build, and evaluate new UI designs and other graphical material by maintaining high design standards
• Evaluate and improve existing user interface designs
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test intuitivity and user experience
• Work closely with our Product Managers, Directors, and Engineers to ensure we accomplish our design objectives
• Develop as an individual and directly contribute to a growing team

The Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
• UI design portfolio
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Adobe products, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with excellent communication skills
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML & CSS (FE development)
• Experience with Figma and building a design system in it

Databox is a remote-friendly company with over 100 team members working across the globe. This position, however, is best suitable for a candidate located near Ptuj, Slovenia, with the possibility of working from home a few times per week.
